Job summary

Insperity is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager for HRScale to join our team. You will shape the next growth stage of HRScale, a Workday-partnered, enterprise-class HR solution for the middle market, combining technology and premium service delivery.

You will lead multi-horizon roadmaps, evaluate market opportunities, and drive disciplined investment decisions with cross-functional teams across Technology, Finance, Sales, and Service Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience with enterprise software or HR solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop HRScale vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap.
• Coordinate market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Create business cases and obtain internal alignment.
• Own HRScale lifecycle from concept to launch and growth.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Define pricing, packaging, and operational leverage.
• Ensure governance and decision rights.
