Job summary

Insperity seeks a Senior Product Manager for HRScale to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a high-impact HCM solution. You will lead cross-functional teams across technology, service delivery, and sales to drive adoption and scale within Insperity’s up-market portfolio.

You will prioritize client value, balance investments, and guide decisions from concept through launch and ongoing growth, partnering with the Workday collaboration to deliver enterprise-class HR capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or related work experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or service design/delivery/management.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with HR solutions, enterprise software, or tech-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Evolves the vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap for HRScale, aligned with enterprise strategy and market needs.
• Coordinates with analytics and partners to conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Builds business cases and investments to advance product strategies.
• Identifies must-have requirements and differentiators reflected in product capabilities.
