Background: A prominent, fully integrated healthcare system is undergoing a digital transformation and is seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join their team.

In this role, the Senior Product Manager will take the lead in developing and delivering innovative products across a wide network of medical facilities. The focus will be on enhancing patient experiences, improving clinical outcomes, and alleviating clinical burnout.

What Will You Do:

  1. Collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall patient experience, improving clinical outcomes, and reducing clinical burnout.
  2. Oversee the entire product life cycle from ideation and requirement gathering to product design, execution, and release.
  3. Take full ownership of all aspects of product management including product development, design, and implementation. Provide guidance to technical teams to ensure successful execution and create measurement strategies to evaluate the product's success.
  4. Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions on the product roadmap, focusing on areas such as patient communication/scheduling, telemedicine, clinical burnout, and automation.
  5. Actively engage with users to deeply understand their needs and gather valuable feedback, while also possessing the skills to effectively train them on the products developed.
  6. Facilitate change management and user adoption, ensuring seamless integration of products with existing technologies.
  7. Introduce new products and features, gauge their success, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly.
  8. Be a deeply analytical and strategic thinker who thrives on solving business challenges, creating products, taking ownership of product prioritization, and effectively managing stakeholders.
  9. Bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. Be adaptable and comfortable working in a "green" space, embracing challenges and helping shape groundbreaking solutions from the ground up.

More Info:

  1. This is a hands-on product management role that is HIGHLY strategic and delivery-based.
  2. Full-time, mostly remote role with minimal travel to HQ.

Responsibilities/Experience:

  1. 10+ years of experience leading full product development lifecycles (i.e., product ideation, development, testing, integration, delivery).
  2. Excellent communication skills, ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  3. Digital transformation leader within the product domain working in an Agile environment.
  4. Embrace ambiguity and take the initiative to define user challenges proactively and build product POCs; ability to get things done!
  5. Proven experience achieving success in overseeing intricate operational and technology deployments impacting multiple end-users.
  6. Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills to pinpoint value drivers for digital initiatives while constructing compelling business cases.
