Job summary

Confidential in Florida seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead hardware and embedded systems initiatives. You will own roadmaps, define technical requirements, and coordinate across FPGA, embedded computing, and electronics teams to deliver complex products for defense/aerospace customers.

You will translate customer needs into actionable specifications, manage schedules and budgets, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or technical leadership in hardware domains.
• Experience leading hardware, embedded systems, or electronics development programs.
• Strong understanding of FPGA, embedded computing, and electronic hardware.
• Experience supporting defense/aerospace or government programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable specs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage product roadmaps across hardware, embedded systems, and electronic technology.
• Oversee complex product development projects involving FPGA, embedded computing, and hardware/software integration.
• Define product requirements, technical specs, milestones, and deliverables with engineering teams.
• Primary point of contact for customers in defense, aerospace, military, and government sectors.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product specifications and objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, FPGA, embedded software, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Manage development timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and execution.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept to production and enhancements.
• Communicate capabilities, progress, and roadmap priorities to leadership and customers.
• Identify opportunities for new development based on market feedback.
