Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Product Manager to lead GTM Innovation and Data Movement efforts across acquired companies and the core Digital Enterprise Technology org. You will own end-to-end programs, analyze current and future-state requirements, and deliver roadmaps with engineering teams.

You will work with Domain Product Managers to translate business needs into product features, drive agile delivery, and align stakeholders from executives to individual contributors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, analytics, data movement, or comparable enterprise product management.
• 3+ years managing SaaS product development programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Experience with data from varied sources (data warehouses, spreadsheets, tools).
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand M&A goals and shape execution plans.
• Lead program reviews to surface risks and clear obstacles for teams.
• Identify gaps between Salesforce policies and acquired systems and design integrated paths.
• Own business requirements documentation for the value stream.
• Map end-to-end future-state processes requiring enablement or tech changes.
• Translate requirements into product features and technical plans with domain peers.
• Drive iterative delivery of epics, stories, and roadmaps to Go-Live.
• Run cross-functional alignment meetings on dependencies, status, risks, milestones.
• Mentor other product managers and elevate diverse voices on the team.
