Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead GTM Innovation and Data Movement initiatives across multiple acquisitions, driving end-to-end programs from analysis to roadmap and Go-Live.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to surface gaps, design integrated paths, and deliver scalable migration plans. You’ll translate business requirements into product features, manage epics and user stories in an agile setup, and mentor other PMs while shaping how

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in M&A integration, analytics, data movement, or comparable enterprise product management.
3+ years managing SaaS product development programs, with solid grounding in the SaaS business model and development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with genuine attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with customers and stakeholders — including at the executive level — to understand M&A strategic goals and shape execution plans for complex acquisition migrations.
Lead program reviews that surface risks and escalations early, and clear obstacles so project teams can keep moving.
Identify gaps between core Salesforce policies/processes and an acquired company's existing systems, and design simpler, integrated paths forward.
Own business requirements documentation for your value stream's functional track(s), including sign-off from key stakeholders.
