• Decide what a manager role should own and where the seams go.
• Hold a forecast review where people actually change their minds.
• Build consensus across Go-to-Market Strategy and Miro owners who rarely agree.
• Pin down the unit economics before Entertainment Partners Inc pours fuel on growth.
• Translate company strategy into actionable roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
• Streamline operational workflows to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
