Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing products through the entire lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive parts industry.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics and performance measurement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and roadmap for our automotive parts, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring products from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions.
• Manage product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
• Work with data analytics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate and respond to market changes.
• Mentor and develop junior product managers within the team.
