You will work with content owners, localization managers, and translators to shape features and backlogs, partnering with engineering and UX teams to deliver robust localization tools.

You will balance customer needs with business goals, define ROI, and drive release plans focusing on scalable translation workflows and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of a product charter within Translation Services.
• Build a backlog of features addressing stakeholder problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with software development and UX/design teams to define and build features.
• Define product vision, ROI assessment, requirements, and user stories; plan experimentation and releases.
• Stay deeply connected to customer experience while aligning with the broader Translation Services ecosystem.
