Job summary

Remoters seeks a Senior Product Manager, Payroll, to own a critical product area end to end in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment. You’ll partner with Engineering Leaders on architecture and direction, prototype to de-risk ideas, and shape APIs that other teams depend on.

You’ll collaborate with payroll and tax experts, ship usable features, and clearly communicate decisions in writing. This role emphasizes ownership, UX, and cross-functional work in a global async setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a product manager in a high-growth company.
• Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar.
• Strong judgment for strategic and tactical decisions.
• Demonstrated, self-driven results moving a product forward.
• Strong sense of product design (UX).
• Outstanding communication and collaboration across departments.
• Business-level English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own product area end to end including API surface.
• Partner with Engineering Lead and Staff Engineers on architecture and direction.
• Prototype and write code to de-risk ideas and ship small pieces.
• Own adoption and hypercare after launch.
• Collaborate with payroll and tax experts across teams.
