Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead North America's vehicle redeployment strategy for our Last Mile delivery fleet. You will develop and scale the redeployment initiative through technology, testing, vendor management, repair shops, DSP experience, and internal stakeholder alignment.

The Global Fleet and Products team manages a network of professional contract organizations powering Amazon's in-house last mile service.

Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end to end product delivery.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

Build the Data Intelligence workstream from the ground up, converting fragmented fleet capacity, repair cost and operational data into trusted insights using AI/ML.
Ensure key information cascades consistently across stakeholder organizations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, ops, finance, and other teams to bring ideas to fruition.
Develop automated solutions in partnership with technology teams.
Take accountability and drive planning, resolution and execution with the team.
Understand program execution end-to-end to measure performance against standards at scale.
