Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead fleet utilization and 3P rental optimization for the Last Mile delivery network in Bellevue, WA. You will own initiatives to maximize the value of every vehicle, identify waste, and improve planning and execution across DSPs and branded vehicles.

You will work with cross-functional teams, influence senior leaders with data-driven insights, and build standard operating procedures with compliance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Responsibilities

• Own branded fleet capacity planning and long-term allocation strategy.
• Lead reviews with senior operations leadership on fleet planning.
• Monitor progress in fleet capacity build and utilization.
• Partner with operations to track vehicle deployment and variations.
• Drive DSP experience through realistic capacity plans and compliance.
