Job summary

Rain is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the compliance surface end to end, covering KYC/KYB onboarding, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring across markets. You will work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Partnerships, collaborating with bank partners and enterprise customers.

You will own product strategy, define success metrics, and ship workflows for case management, escalation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in financial crime product areas such as KYC/KYB onboarding, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to define metrics and optimize false positives for detection workflows.
• Strong collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Eng, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the KYC/KYB onboarding experience for consumers and businesses across markets.
• Build and tune sanctions screening, PEP, and adverse media checks, and monitoring workflows.
• Define metrics to reduce false positives and analyst review time.
• Ship case management, escalation, and SAR/STR workflows used by analysts.
