• Proven experience working directly with senior customers and commercial stakeholders and translating their needs into product direction.
• Strong product judgment: separate underlying customer problems from requested solutions and align with market opportunities.
• Experience setting product goals and influencing scope and engineering teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product direction for one or more value streams in line with Wire’s strategy.
• Translate customer and market needs into clearly framed product problems for scope and engineering teams.
• Balance customer needs with commercial opportunity and security/regulatory requirements.
