Job summary

SIMPLEX Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a senior product leader for the Wire & Cable materials segment. You will drive growth by bridging technical, commercial and strategic domains, collaborating with R&D, sales and marketing to shape a global product strategy.

The role requires deep polymers knowledge, strong communication, and travel to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites. You will partner with global teams to identify opportunities and develop market-leading collateral.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technical marketing or application development in Wire & Cable materials.
• Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.
• Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.
• Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.
• Knowledge and networking within the Wire & Cable industry.

The Role:

This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry.


• Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing.


• Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes.


• Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills.


• Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.


• Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.
