Job summary

Chronograph is seeking a senior Product Manager to redefine fund administration data processing. You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering and AI/ML teams, and scale automated extraction of GP and fund documents for top investors.

You will lead a transformation from manual, high-headcount back-office tasks to an agent-driven pipeline, balancing automation with human review, and setting confidence thresholds for automated reconciliation.

Qualifications

6+ years in product management with end-to-end transformation experience.
Deep Fund Administration domain knowledge and data ingestion workflows.
Proven track record converting manual back-office work into automated pipelines.
Semi-technical judgment to set accuracy thresholds and clear engineering specs.
Ability to lead transformations and manage a domain expert.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Transform the Fund Administration function: drive evolution toward agent-driven, automated extraction and structuring.
Own the roadmap: develop and maintain a detailed plan aligned with business needs and feasibility.
Re-engineer manual processes: replace aggregation with human-in-the-loop validation.
Design routing logic: classify which documents auto-clear and which require review.
Prove efficiency gains with instrumentation: measure throughput and accuracy.
Partner cross-functionally: work with Engineering, Design, and senior leadership.
Be a leader: manage, develop, and motivate a direct report.
