Chronograph, a data-extraction and document-intelligence company, seeks a senior product leader to own the extraction layer and guide its evolution. Qualifications

• Senior leadership with ownership of VLM- and LLM-native extraction tools from inception to launch.
• Fluency across OCR to layout-aware models and vision-language/LLM extraction.
• Eval-driven development with test sets to maintain accuracy at scale.
• Ability to specify extraction logic for engineers and discuss trade-offs.
• Strong product systems thinking from extraction to downstream workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with leadership, client teams, and engineering.
• AI-native mindset with prototyping platforms and agentic tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the data extraction roadmap and define how documents are ingested and structured into trusted data.
• Set direction across OCR, layout-aware models, and vision-language/LLM approaches for each document type.
• Design the extraction pipeline end-to-end, including human review and feedback loops.
• Spec extraction logic for engineering teams and articulate trade-offs.
• Maintain a strict accuracy bar as document volume and variety grow.
• Align capability with client demand by coordinating with leadership and commercial teams.
• Champion the frontier of agentic extraction and communicate vision across Chronograph.
