Job summary

Twilio is hiring to design product capabilities for its Identity platform, building new identity products for both agentic and human use cases. You will partner with senior product and engineering leaders to set direction and translate customer needs into a concrete roadmap.

The role requires working across Twilio teams to align on product direction and unblock cross-team initiatives while balancing technical feasibility and user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or 2+ years in product management and 3+ years in engineering.
• Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
