Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Product Manager to own the backlog end to end and collaborate with UX and engineering to prioritize work by user value. You will define success metrics with sponsors and track adoption and satisfaction after each release.

In this role, you will partner daily with designers and engineers to ensure outcomes align with business goals and user needs, while maintaining a clear, ready-to-work backlog for upcoming sprints.

• Run product discovery with UX and engineering, partnering daily to prioritize by user value and outcomes.
• Define success measures with sponsors, track adoption, conversion and satisfaction after releases.
