Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families using market insights.
• Build customer understanding via design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps balancing architecture, risk, and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor product managers across lifecycle stages.
• Utilize data-driven decision making and AI to optimize outcomes and validate assumptions.
• Influence technology adoption, promote scalable processes, and drive continuous improvement.
