As our Director, Lifecycle and Retention, you will own Brick’s lifecycle and retention strategy end to end, from identifying opportunities and building campaigns to analyzing performance and continuously improving the customer experience. You’ll lead email, SMS, and other owned channels, building high quality audiences and personalized lifecycle programs that drive engagement, repeat purchase, retention, and LTV. This role blends strategy with hands‑on execution, including managing email flows, briefing creative, analyzing cohorts, testing new experiences, and managing our offshore agency. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth, Creative, Ecommerce, and Customer Experience to reimagine the customer journey across every touchpoint.
This is a full‑time hybrid role (preference for New York City or Chicago based candidates) with a $170,000-$200,000 annual base salary depending on experience and qualifications.
