• Experience in workforce planning or human capital management.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction.
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, decisive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management from roadmaps to delivery.
• Collaborative teammate with positive leadership across teams.
• Comfortable prototyping to test ideas with customers.
