Job summary

AeroVect is hiring a Staff PMT to define and own the AGSE Service strategy, roadmap, and requirements. You will translate customer needs into product plans and lead cross-functional teams across autonomous driving, fleet operations, and evaluation infrastructure.

You will establish KPIs and data pipelines to measure capability, performance, and reliability, collaborating with Systems Engineering and Program Management to ensure on-time delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning multi-system, technically complex products end-to-end.
• Experience building and shipping products in safety-critical, real-time environments.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in fast-paced settings.
• Direct engagement with enterprise or operational customers—discovery, requirements, and relationships.

Responsibilities
