Job summary

Cyngn is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Cyngn Insight and Fleet Management, the core software platform for operating, monitoring, and scaling autonomous vehicle fleets in production environments.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining operational excellence and ensuring the platform delivers it across autonomy software, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise operations. This role requires strong systems thinking, customer empathy, and leadership.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-tenant software platforms or enterprise products at scale.
• Strong technical aptitude with engineering teams on distributed systems, data platforms, or cloud-based products.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with executives, customers, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with fleet management systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, or operational analytics products.
• Background in software development, data platforms, or systems engineering (e.g., Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure).
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicles, robotics operations, industrial automation, or large-scale deployments in logistics, manufacturing, or warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cyngn Insight and Fleet Management, including fleet operations, monitoring, analytics, safety workflows, and enterprise integrations.
• Define and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap balancing customer needs, scalability, reliability, security, and business objectives.
• Act as senior product owner driving prioritization and delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Translate platform strategy into actionable requirements, milestones, and delivery plans with Engineering and PM.
• Translate customer workflows and deployment feedback into requirements to improve fleet uptime, efficiency, and safety visibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM, onboarding, and long-term account success.
• Define, track, and communicate KPIs for fleet performance and platform adoption.
• Engage with customers and partners to validate direction and ensure alignment with real-world needs.
