Job summary

Rise Analytics, a data and analytics technology company and subsidiary of Trellance, Tampa, FL, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product line. You will set direction, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption across the organization.

You will lead discovery with clients, align with a scrum team to deliver features, and define metrics to prove value. 5+ years in fintech product management is required; startup and analytics experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Fintech, banking, or credit union experience.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Agile/scrum experience.
• Start-up environment experience preferred.
• Experience with data, analytics, or BI products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product.
• Set direction and priorities through discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption.
• Analyze market conditions to differentiate and add client value.
• Build and own multi-year vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Prioritize use cases based on client needs, market opportunity, and feasibility.
• Drive discovery with clients to validate business problems and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market.
• Partner with a scrum team to drive delivery and attend ceremonies.
• Define, monitor, and own product metrics and KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue).
• Lead go-to-market activities and ensure adoption post-release.
