Job summary

Rise Analytics, a data and analytics technology company and subsidiary of Trellance, seeks a Sr Product Manager in Tampa, FL. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, guiding discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption across cross-functional teams.

You will set a differentiated vision based on client demand, analyze market conditions, and drive GTM activities to ensure successful launches and sustained adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Fintech, banking, or credit union experience.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Agile/scrum experience.
• Experience in a start-up environment preferred.
• Experience with data, analytics, or business intelligence products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product; set direction and priorities.
• Drive discovery with clients; test business problem and value before capacity is committed.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market.
• Partner with a scrum team to deliver the product roadmap and maintain alignment.
• Define, monitor, and own product metrics and KPIs such as adoption and revenue.
• Lead go-to-market activities and ensure adoption post-release.
• Other duties as assigned.
