Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management is required.
• Fintech, banking, or credit union experience is required.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams.
• Agile/scrum experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product.
• Set direction and priorities for the product from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Drive discovery with clients and internal teams to validate business problems and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products and features to market.
• Define, monitor, and own product metrics and KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue).
• Lead go-to-market activities and ensure adoption beyond release.
