Job summary

Forerunner is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Field Intelligence product area. You will own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, working with engineering and design to deliver end-to-end mobile and web experiences that support field teams and regulators.

You’ll engage inspectors and program leaders to define problems, validate solutions, and measure impact on data quality and task completion. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Ability to ship AI-powered experiences while maintaining trust and guardrails.
• Strong customer instincts for operational/technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Field Intelligence from data capture to resolution.
• Observe inspectors and field teams to understand practical workflows.
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities with user transparency.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to frame problems and ship end-to-end experiences.
• Define success metrics: adoption, data quality, task completion, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery via interviews, prototypes, pilots, and data analysis.
• Balance immediate needs with platform reliability and differentiation.
• Develop rollout and change-management plans for regulated workflows.
• Equip customer success, sales, and marketing with a compelling product narrative.
