Job summary

Forerunner is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Field Intelligence product area. You will own the strategy and roadmap for enabling field teams to capture trustworthy information and drive action, with a focus on mobile/offline workflows, AI-guided inspections, geospatial context, and regulated workflows.

This hands-on role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with ownership from discovery to launch
• Experience shipping AI-powered products with trust and guardrails
• Strong ability to learn complex domains and translate to product bets
• Excellent communication to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working autonomously in a growing company with a collaborative vibe

Responsibilities

• Own the Field Intelligence product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes
• Spend time with inspectors and field teams to understand workflows
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities that improve fieldwork
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to frame problems and ship end-to-end experiences
• Measure adoption, data quality, time saved, and customer outcomes
• Lead discovery via interviews, workflows, pilots, and data-driven experiments
• Balance urgent needs with platform investments and long‑term differentiation
• Develop rollout plans for regulated operational environments
• Equip Customer Success and Sales with product narratives and materials
• Communicate priorities and learnings clearly across the company
