Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a passionate Product Development Manager to join the Evidence team. You will define epics, features, and the product roadmap, write user stories from customer use cases, and prioritize the backlog based on inputs from customers, sales, and support.

You will work as a technical liaison between development, customers, and support teams to translate complex features into customer-friendly messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in software development and 3+ years in product development.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven technical and analytical skills with leadership and execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define epics, features and product roadmap.
• Write user stories and product requirements from customer use cases.
• Prioritize backlog from customers, sales, support and strategy.
• Identify customer needs and market requirements and translate into features.
• Liaise between development, customers and support teams.
• Estimate development costs, operations and licensing for features.
• Plan sprint backlog and feature delivery.
• Study feedback and usage to improve adoption and efficiency.
