Motorola Solutions is seeking a passionate Product Development Manager for the Evidence team. You will define Epics, build the product roadmap, and translate customer needs into actionable user stories and requirements.

You will collaborate with go-to-market, development, and support teams, estimating costs, planning sprint deliveries, and mitigating risks to improve customer adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in software development and 3+ years in product development.
• Excellent communication skills and proven leadership.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define Epics, features, and product roadmap.
• Write user stories and PRDs from customer use cases.
• Prioritize backlog with inputs from sales and support.
• Translate technical features into customer messaging.
• Liaise between development, customers, and support.
• Estimate development, operations, and licensing costs.
• Plan sprint backlog delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Analyze user feedback to drive feature changes.
