Motorola Solutions is seeking a passionate Sr. Product Manager to join the Evidence team, shaping the roadmap for body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software.

You will translate customer needs into epics and user stories, lead roadmap decisions, and work with GTM to ensure successful feature delivery. The role combines technical leadership with strong communication, requiring 8+ years in software development and 3+ years in product development, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 8+ years in Software Development with 3+ years in Product Development or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (English).
• Proven technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define epics features and the product roadmap.
• Write user stories and product requirements driven by customer use cases and strategy.
• Prioritize backlog based on inputs from customers, sales, support and strategy.
• Identify customer needs and market requirements and translate into feature requirements.
• Act as a liaison between development, customers and support teams.
• Estimate cost of development, operations, and licensing behind features.
• Plan and design sprint backlog of features to deliver.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in feature design.
• Study feedback to drive feature changes for adoption and efficiency.
