You will translate strategies into roadmaps, budgets, and launch-readiness, collaborating with teams, players, operators, vendors, and partners worldwide. This senior IC role offers hybrid work weeks with on-site days in Irvine, CA, and travel for competitions.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in product management, program management, esports, gaming, or live entertainment.
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, operating plans, budgets, milestones, and launch-readiness requirements.
• Strong ability to influence decisions and drive accountability without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrated operating plan and master calendar for Overwatch Esports and related programs.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, schedules, ownership models, budgets and risk plans.
• Lead day-to-day operation of the team-partner program, including communications, onboarding, and feedback mechanisms.
• Define and track scope, timelines, service expectations, and performance of external partners and vendors.
• Maintain program documentation and escalation paths for operating procedures and contingency plans.
