Flywire seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager focused on internal HCM systems and enterprise platforms to own multi-year roadmaps and mentor teams. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic outcomes across the FinTech landscape.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, executive presence, and proven ability to influence without authority. The US base salary ranges from $142,000 to $177,000 plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise technology systems.
• Experience leading high-impact cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, integration platforms).

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for significant enterprise system areas.
• Partner with senior business leaders and executives to identify and prioritize high-value technology investments.
• Translate complex business challenges into well-defined product requirements and engineering plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Establish and govern product metrics frameworks using data to drive business value.
• Drive platform architecture discussions to ensure scalability and security.
• Champion Agile best practices and guide product management maturity across teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Product Managers and provide development opportunities.
• Represent product management in enterprise architecture reviews and governance forums.
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and negotiate roadmap commitments.
