• 10+ years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology in enterprise settings.
• 10+ years blending product and program management skills for strategic initiatives.
• Portfolio of strategy documents with Director/VP-level impact.
• Experience communicating complex tech/strategy to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap across CMMS/workplace platforms.
• Establish and drive north-star metrics for technology investments.
• Architect integration frameworks connecting facilities systems and enterprise platforms.
• Model tech economics; build ROI and investment proposals.
• Identify blockers; drive cross-org alignment and adoption.
• Author strategy docs and secure executive alignment.
• Champion GenAI and analytics to improve operations and decisions.
