Job summary

Teramind Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the Endpoint Agent platform end-to-end. You will own the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive outcomes across Windows, macOS, Linux, and future platforms.

You will balance customer needs, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening on a single backlog. You will translate business vision into engineering reality, synthesize signals from executives, sales, and customers, and align product strategy with Teramind’s

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 owning a technical platform or agent.
• Strong ability to translate business vision into engineering roadmaps.
• Proven rigor in PRDs, release notes, and decision memos.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent roadmap across Windows, macOS, Linux and future platforms.
• Translate signals from executives, sales, customers, and конкурents into technical plans.
• Build an enterprise-grade agent: tamper-proof, undetectable, and resilient.
• Set performance, footprint, and reliability targets for the endpoint agent.
• Define, measure, and meet KPIs like adoption, rollout velocity, and stability.
• Develop industry relationships with Microsoft, Apple, Linux ecosystem and MDM vendors.
