Job summary

Keeper Security, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Enterprise Platform to own the roadmap and delivery of platform capabilities for enterprise and public sector customers with complex security and deployment requirements.

The role requires strong technical fluency and experience delivering software into customer-managed, private cloud, on-premises or highly controlled environments. You will collaborate with engineering, QA and customer-facing teams across multiple Keeper

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or related technical product roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, priorities and release scope for secure customer-managed deployment environments.
• Translate customer, field, CTO and business requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Define release plans, milestones, dependencies and readiness criteria across backend, client, PAM, identity and platform workstreams.
• Own product requirements for installation, upgrades, versioning, rollback, supportability and lifecycle management.
• Drive platform workstreams including database upgrades, logging and metrics, licensing, offline operation and deployment reliability.
• Partner with technical leads to evaluate feasibility and ensure alignment with architecture and standards.
• Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Ensure deployment requirements are incorporated into shared platform services while avoiding forks.
• Maintain alignment between deployment needs and Keeper’s cloud platform roadmap.
• Define requirements for containerized delivery across Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and Linux environments.
• Define requirements for secure software supply chain practices (SBOMs, signing, artifacts).
• Work with Engineering to identify cloud dependencies and alternatives for disconnected environments.
• Support Sales Engineering with technical evaluations, trials and feedback.
• Define documentation requirements for installation, upgrades and operations.
• Maintain visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies and decisions for leadership.
• Protect scope with a focus on security, zero-knowledge architecture and code reuse.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve research, analysis and documentation.
