Job summary

Teramind is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Teramind Endpoint Agent end-to-end. You will lead the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the Agent organization, spanning Windows, macOS, Linux, and future platforms.

You’ll balance customer-driven features, platform modernization, performance, and security hardening on a single backlog. You will synthesize signals from executives, sales, customer interviews, and competitors to shape a coherent technical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 owning a technical platform, SDK, agent, or systems‑level product.
• Technical depth is non‑negotiable; ability to reason about architecture and trade‑offs.
• Endpoint or systems background with experience shipping in security or OS‑level tooling.
• Think in outcomes, not features; define success metrics and adoption targets.
• Comfort with security trade‑offs, visibility vs privacy, and enterprise deployment concerns.
• Ability to translate across engineers, customers, and executives.
• Bring rigorous product management practices: PRDs, prioritization, and release planning.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agent roadmap across Windows, macOS, Linux and future platforms.
• Translate business vision into a concrete engineering plan and backlog.
• Build an enterprise-grade, tamper-proof and stealthy endpoint agent.
• Define and track KPIs: adoption, rollout velocity, deployment success, performance.
• Foster ecosystem relationships with major OS and security partners.
