Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on endpoint capabilities to drive the vision and rally engineering. You will work with executives to expand endpoint sensors, interact with customers to understand needs, and keep pace with AI-driven security developments.

You will lead cross-functional teams, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure the product is easy to sell while aligning with revenue goals and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise security products.
• Experience with cross platform endpoint software and telemetry collection.
• Experience deploying large scale endpoint software in enterprises.
• Proven track record in early-stage startups balancing resources and features.
• Comfortable communicating with executives, customers, and engineers.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, analysts, and competitors.
• Deep understanding of technology and ability to estimate feature complexity.
• Experience with RBAC, Directory Integration, and enterprise software deployment.
• Experience delivering products for a wide range of large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead product strategy and vision for endpoint sensor capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and launch endpoint features.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and perceived value.
• Monitor cybersecurity industry trends to identify market opportunities.
• Lead endpoint development, including AI technologies for insider threats.
• Prioritize roadmap to enable sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Communicate requirements to Engineering; manage user stories and DoD.
• Write clear requirements documents so the team understands what and why.
• Act as external spokesperson; coordinate with Marketing on announcements.
