Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager, Enterprise Communication Platforms to lead the roadmap for contact center capabilities, owning end-to-end success and measurable outcomes in a hybrid, global environment.

You will partner with internal customers to design and integrate Amazon Connect workflows into business applications, defining outcomes, prioritizing the backlog, and delivering reliable, secure experiences at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product engineering concepts
• End-to-end product ownership in a large enterprise
• Translate complex customer needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes
• Experience delivering contact center/telephony solutions and workflow integration
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Define and track product performance metrics and SLAs
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence senior stakeholders
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment
• Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Responsibilities

• Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs
• Design and integrate Amazon Connect workflows into business applications and processes
• Translate problems into well-scoped requirements and prioritized backlog items
• Establish and manage product metrics and success measures
• Lead discovery efforts including user research and industry trend monitoring
• Drive cross-functional delivery alignment across engineering, operations, risk and controls, and business partners
• Oversee readiness and go-to-market planning for internal customers
• Foster an environment of experimentation and continuous improvement
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide transparent status reporting
