Job summary

Abbott in Illinois is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Enterprise AI Platform to own the control plane and paved-road services. You will translate stakeholder needs from AI Product Managers, AI/Agentic Engineering, and data science teams into a prioritized platform roadmap that drives adoption, governance, and scalability across the enterprise.

You will manage the backlog, define metrics for adoption and time-to-onboard, and partner with Platform Engineering leads to sequence investments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of product management experience on platform or infrastructure products.
• Hands-on PM for an AI/ML platform used by engineering teams.
• Strong ability to translate needs into a prioritized platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Platform roadmap including registry and governance.
• Gather requirements from multiple enterprise teams and balance capacity.
• Define the paved road and self-service tooling for AI/ML deployment.
• Maintain backlog and represent consuming teams in planning.
