Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a key TeamViewer ONE product area from discovery through launch and adoption in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, AI, Security, UX, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver observability capabilities for endpoint activity and automation outcomes.

You will drive the strategy for endpoint observability, lead customer discovery, prioritize features, and measure adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for B2B SaaS or related domains.
• Proven ability to own complex product areas from discovery to launch.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint telemetry, event management, and audit logging.
• Experience with cloud-scale, multi-tenant SaaS and APIs.
• Ability to turn customer insights into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for endpoint observability, auditability, and telemetry within TeamViewer ONE.
• Build a unified view of endpoint activity by connecting system, security, user, remote-session, and automation events.
• Drive insights and automation through search, alerting, analytics, root-cause analysis, and AI-assisted remediation.
• Define trusted audit, compliance, and security capabilities, including logging, retention, access controls, and reporting.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, AI, and Security teams to deliver scalable, secure platform capabilities.
• Lead customer discovery, prioritization, and product delivery, measuring adoption, customer value, and business impact.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a key TeamViewer ONE product area from discovery through launch and adoption. Working across Engineering, Data, AI, Security, UX, and Go-to-Market teams, you will define and deliver observability and auditability capabilities for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), helping customers understand, monitor, and optimize endpoint activity, administrative actions, and automation outcomes.

• Build a unified view of endpoint activity by connecting system, security, user, remote-session, and automation events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, endpoint management, IT operations, observability, cybersecurity, or related domains.
• Proven success owning complex product areas from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry, event management, audit logging, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
• Familiarity with cloud-scale, event-driven architectures, APIs, search, analytics, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Experience turning customer and operational insights into product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
