GodHeir Services is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Document Intelligence Platform. You will own the product strategy, drive 0→1 innovation, and execute for desktop and cloud-based tax solutions used by thousands of tax firms.

Qualifications

• Direct customer-facing product ownership in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience with document ingestion/extraction, OCR, AI/ML, or LLM-based processing.
• End-to-end product ownership from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Proven delivery under constraints with explicit tradeoffs.
• Strong customer problem orientation supported by data and interviews.
• Experience taking products from concept to MVP/launch with measurable results.
• Fluent in applying AI across product lifecycle (research to launch).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, security, and sales.
• Quantifies impact with metrics across adoption, efficiency, revenue, or retention

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for document intelligence in tax space.
• Balance innovation with platform stability in a mission-critical environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer value through data-driven analysis.
• Lead annual tax season delivery planning and compliance coordination.
• Prioritize features within regulatory deadlines and ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering on performance, architecture, and priorities.
• Work with support, sales, and GTM teams to align priorities.
• Drive ideation-to-launch cycles, including MVP development and early scale.
• Explore AI, automation, and cloud capabilities to expand product offerings.
