Job summary

G2i is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Data & AI (Document Intelligence) for a remote US-based role. You will own the product roadmap for a document intelligence platform serving federal clients, translating customer needs into testable requirements and overseeing UX, data, and model components.

You will work with data scientists and engineers to define metrics, thresholds, and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality through measurable performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Senior PM experience delivering AI/ML, data-heavy or workflow products.
• Experience prioritizing across data, ML, backend and frontend teams.
• Discovery driven by prototypes or demos.
• Translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Defining acceptance criteria for probabilistic features.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap across data engineering, data science, backend, search and frontend teams.
• Lead client and stakeholder discovery with prototypes and demos.
• Turn business needs into measurable requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Define document processing, alerts, scoring, evidence presentation and search requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists on model metrics and thresholds.
• Coordinate release readiness and client demos.
• Measure accuracy, latency, and adoption across systems.
