Job summary

G2i Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager for Data & AI (Document Intelligence) to own the client’s document intelligence roadmap and translate customer needs into testable requirements.

You will collaborate with data science, data engineering, backend and frontend teams to deliver measurable quality and performance across the platform. You’ll lead discovery with client stakeholders via prototypes and demos, define acceptance criteria for probabilistic features, and drive reusable platform

Qualifications

• Senior PM with AI/ML, data-intensive, search or workflow product experience.
• Experience prioritizing work across data, ML, backend and frontend teams.
• Proven track record of discovery driven by prototypes or demos.
• Ability turn business needs into detailed, testable requirements.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria for probabilistic features.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across data engineering, data science, backend, search and frontend teams.
• Lead discovery with clients and internal stakeholders using prototypes, demos and working software.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories and measurable criteria.
• Define requirements for document processing, alerts, scoring, evidence presentation and search.
• Collaborate with data scientists on evaluation datasets, model metrics and thresholds.
• Work with data engineers on ingestion, metadata, lineage and data quality.
• Diagnose issues across UI, data, model, pipeline, search or rules.
• Favor reusable platform capabilities over one-off customizations.
• Coordinate release readiness and client demos with structured feedback.
• Measure accuracy, latency and adoption; communicate tradeoffs clearly to clients.
