Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Solutions in Valencia, California.

You will own the strategy, development, launch and lifecycle management of digital applications, web portals and connected solutions, serving as the global owner for an assigned portfolio. You translate customer needs and market opportunities into successful digital products, guiding cross-functional teams across R&D, IT, Regulatory, Clinical and Marketing to deliver growth and customer value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, education, science, engineering or a related field required.
Minimum of five years of product management or product marketing experience within med-tech, healthcare technology or related industry.
Proven experience launching and managing multiple digital products, including mobile or web-based apps and portals.
Strong understanding of end-to-end digital product lifecycle including customer discovery, requirements, development, launch, adoption and sunset.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy and multiyear roadmap for assigned digital applications, web portals, products and services.
Lead multiple products through the complete lifecycle, including customer discovery, concept development, business-case creation, requirements definition, validation, commercialization, sustainment and end-of-life planning.
Lead global product launches and rollout strategies in partnership with R&D, IT, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Commercial and Global Marketing teams.
Develop product requirements, use cases, value propositions, market positioning, pricing strategies, launch sequencing, channel strategies and go-to-market plans.
Integrate Voice of Customer insights, clinical feedback, market intelligence, competitive activity and emerging technology trends into product and portfolio decisions.
Own product adoption, budget, forecasting, business-performance and KPI targets while identifying opportunities to improve growth, profitability and customer value.
Represent Marketing within cross-functional teams, provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership and influence stakeholders throughout a global matrix organization.
