Progressive Leasing seeks a Senior Product Manager for Digital Self Service to drive web and mobile self-service experiences. You will use data to reduce customer effort and increase autonomy, while aligning engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver on time.

The role is fully remote across the continental US, with opportunities to collaborate across our fintech platforms. You will own the roadmap, define features, and iterate based on customer feedback and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in software product management.
• Experience with post-approval digital self-service products.
• Familiarity with fintech payments flows and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineers, designers, and leadership.
• Test, measure, and iterate on product experiences using data insights.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and successes clearly across teams.
