Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive digital storefront and commerce experiences with data-informed decision making. This role supports a remote work model across the continental US, with options to work from Utah or Arizona corporate locations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, transform strategy into execution, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to post-purchase across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of software product management experience.
• Experience managing consumer-facing digital storefronts and commerce.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align design, engineering and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems with innovative, data-driven product solutions.
• Engage with engineers, designers, peers and leaders in a collaborative way.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business problems and validate solutions.
• Define use cases, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish iterative release schedules with dependent teams.
• Own and optimize the digital storefront and commerce journey across web and mobile.
• Test, measure, and iterate on existing experiences to reduce friction.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and successes clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze performance of product features and maintain strong cross-functional buy-in.
