Job summary
Codal is seeking a senior product management leader for healthcare and digital pharmacy initiatives. You will partner with large healthcare systems and pharmacies to modernize prescription workflows, eligibility checks, and delivery experiences.
You will own product domains, drive roadmaps, and translate complex regulatory needs into actionable requirements for engineering and design teams. Hybrid work and collaboration with cross-functional teams are offered.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in consulting, digital agency, or professional services.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or pharma application modernization experience.
- Strong ability to decompose complex initiatives into deliverables.
- Experience writing PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery engagements for enterprise healthcare and digital health clients.
- Translate pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements into clear engineering requirements.
- Own one or more complex product domains and drive roadmap execution.
- Produce PRDs, epics, user stories, and documentation with minimal rework.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering to define scalable approaches.
