Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital pharmacy experiences within a large retail healthcare environment. You will own strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery across pharmacy digital platforms.
Responsibilities include discovery to launch, optimizing patient journeys, and guiding prioritization using data and insights while ensuring healthcare privacy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience leading customer-facing digital pharmacy experiences within a large retail healthcare environment.
- Solid track record of defining strategy and executing roadmaps for digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for digital pharmacy platforms.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive improvements across patient journeys (prescriptions, refills, scheduling, notifications, payments).
- Use data and customer insights to guide prioritization and improve user experience. Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory standards.
